You are one step closer to joining Durham's Childcare Village

We will be in touch shortly.

We want to dive headfirst into filling the gap around childcare... such as the limited capacity, rigid schedules, unaffordable rates, lack of flexibility... just to name a few.
We started as a "drop-in" and have quickly found that parents need more than a "service for a fee". They need childcare that meets them and their child where they are. They need childcare providers that treat them like they are a invaluable customers that can choose to go elsewhere.
We want to build a community of parents that feel recognized for their service. They are referees, play coordinators, first responders, teachers, private chefs, project managers, chief sanitation officers, transportation coordinators, and so much more. We should be openly grateful that they choose to trust us with their loved ones.

Children are worth being around.

You already new this though. But you, like every other parents, are more than just a parent. You are a whole person with many facets. We love our children to the fullest when we also take space to love ourselves.
We want to reimagine what childcare looks like as it relates to overall wellbeing. We want to explore childcare as a necessary part of family, community, and individual unity.

Childcare is a basic need. Not a luxury.

The people you will be entrusting with your child(ren).

We are parents that believe we can better the childcare system in Durham by filling the gap with our unique care model. As parents, we are in an ever-changing landscape when it comes to walking alongside our children on their unique developmental path. We believe the childcare should come from a place of abundance. That it should be adaptable and flexible. That childcare is a basic need - not a luxury.
